For the adventurer, water activities such as jet-skiing, parasailing, and windsurfing are available within minutes of the complex.  Located close to Marco Island are the Florida Everglades.  Here one can ride a swamp buggy, airboat, or explore other excursions.  There is also an abundance of shopping to choose from in the area from Marco's quaint shops to the upscale Fifth Avenue in Naples.  Marco Island also has an enormous array of restaurants ranging from fine dining to fast food.  The numerous waterfront restaurants are local hangouts.

Condo’s amenities were there as listed, and was clean upon arrival.The rental agency responded to any issues that came up. This it’s our third year staying at #601. - **Anonymous**: "We arrive Feb 3 to cool rainy weather. The unit, 601 Tower 3 was well appointed and had all the amenities described. Beds were comfortable. Wives enjoyed shopping and sitting on the beach..Only negatives were no garbage disposal and no can for recyclables. Also floors had not been wet mopped and were dirty. Not the end of the world, I wet mopped them with the swiffer in the unit. Spent almost everyday on the beach. I love fishing the surf and had a great year catching Pompano, Black Drum and a beautiful Redfish. Had meals prepared at Capri Fish House, Cocomo’s and Kretches. Highly recommend Kretches. They broiled my Redfish with oil and capers. Best fish meal I’ve ever had. This was our sixth year inthe South Seas Tower 3 and first year in 601. We will be back in 601 in’25. P.S. it would be nice if the Condos provided an outdoor fish cleaning station" (5/5)
