Updated appliances in kitchen and with granite counters. Sleeper sofa in the living room as well. Condo has it’s own secure WI-FI connection that is free of charge. Gated community. Heated pool. Tennis and pickleball courts on site. Located close to Marco Island are the Florida Everglades. There is also an abundance of shopping to choose from in the area from Marco's quaint shops to the upscale Fifth Avenue in Naples. Marco Island also has an enormous array of restaurants ranging from fine dining to fast food. The numerous waterfront restaurants are local hangouts.

Common laundry located on each and every floor for guests to use while here at a minimal fee.

Building will charge a one-time registration/parking fee of $100(subject to change) due upon arrival for the full stay, per vehicle.

The location to the beach and local restaurants is great and the condo building, the pool and the unit itself are incredibly clean. The large patio is nice and has some comfortable seating options. The kitchen is small but well stocked with everything you need including a Keurig coffee machine. The laundry room is also super clean and convenient at the end of the hall. The closet of beach supplies is stocked...everything you need. There isn't a beach wagon but there is a beach dolly type thing and some bungee cords that help with rolling out the beach chairs and a cooler. A few things that could be improved for a more relaxing stay....the mattresses are very hard and the pillows are flat so we didn't sleep well. A small investment in 3 or 4 inch mattress toppers and better pillows would make a huge difference for both bedrooms. The design and visual appeal of the bedrooms are really nice but that doesn't really matter if you aren't comfortable. The couch looks nice but it isn't comfortable for long if you have a family that likes to hang out and watch TV at night and the chairs in that room are more decorative than functional. The beach towels are small and very thin. The tub showers in the bathroom feel small/tight and need an update but they are clean. The vanities have been updated. There is plenty of convenient covered parking. Please be sure to read the pool food is allowed at the pool and we were rudely approached when having a few goldfish crackers out of the bag. We understand having rules but the way the staff handles them needs to change. We witnessed a few confrontations that could have been handled in a much kinder way. While it is clear the owner has worked on updating this unit, we wouldn't stay in it again without the changes mentioned above." (3/5)
