Beautiful wrap around balcony. Very sunny unit with fantastic views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with a large sectional in living room(not pictured and replaced Jan 2024). Sleeps up to six. Master suite with king sized bed and flat screen TV, and just slide open your door to walk out on to the balcony every morning! Incredible sunsets! Updated appliances in kitchen and overall well maintained. Tile floor throughout. Second bedroom, there is a bunk bed  which has a queen size bed on the bottom and twin on the top, a nice combination to have especially if two couples want to rent.  Unit has it’s own WI-FI. Great complex for families. Gated community. Great pool. Fantastic white sand beach is right in front of you. Tennis courts on site. Fishing and boat access on the canal side of complex. For the adventurer, water activities such as jet-skiing, parasailing, and windsurfing are available within minutes of the complex. Located close to Marco Island are the Florida Everglades. There is also an abundance of shopping to choose from in the area from Marco's quaint shops to the upscale Fifth Avenue in Naples. Marco Island also has an enormous array of restaurants ranging from fine dining to fast food. The numerous waterfront restaurants are local hangouts.

Common laundry located on each and every floor for guests to use while here at a minimal fee.

Building will charge a one-time registration/parking fee of $100(subject to change) due upon arrival for the full stay, per vehicle.

The dishwasher was taped on the top edge and it didn’t dry the dishes. Large and small pans nothing in between. The cookie sheet was totally rusty. There was no can opener so we bought one. We even went to Harborview to complain. This condo was very expensive and was very nice other than the kitchen." (3/5)

Maybe they just didn’t work. Fortunately, there was a small fan in a closet which we used. We never turn off our ceiling fans at home. Also, was not a fan of the HVAC thermostat. My kids literally had to eat outside the gate. I had your pool lady with brown hair come up and put a finger in my face and tell me to “get that carrot out of my mouth”. Most rules at pools are all the same so we honestly didn’t know and to have someone treat my family like that was quite frankly really embarrassing. Another thing is that when you go on vacation you usually can go night swimming and we couldn’t and that is weird. We had to pay $100 to park in an empty parking lot. We knew about the fee but none of the other things were advertised. You also have targeted ads on social media that basically tell visitors that they are not wanted. I will say we will never come back, the amount of work and stress in getting into the unit, how far the beach is and how awful your pool lady treated my family made for not the best family vacation." The kitchen and baths were nicely renovated and there was plenty of space for our family of 4 to unpack and spread out. We ate in most nights and loved how it had everything we needed. The laundry is down the hall by trash disposal by elevators. Very convenient. We loved that the walls were white and not covered in art. Felt newer and cleaner. The living room furniture is comfortable and we covered with sheets to not see some of the wear and tear. The views and being able to enjoy the sun on the balcony were healing! Thanks to Stephen and these thoughtful owners for making this a really nice experience for us! Even the the pool was closed for most of our trip we were still able to make the most of our time away. We had one day in the pool and it was heated and felt great! They are very strict with pool rules and it closes at dusk." (4/5)
